Shipping & Returns
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. All purchases from the Site are made pursuant to shipment conditions, by accepting these terms and conditions through your use of the Site. You are responsible for contacting Concord Customer Service regarding any claims for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Online purchases made through the Concord.com site are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Your invoice provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail at your expense. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
